So Webster's 1913 got a D7. I'm embarrassed by that poor showing.
I thought hiding it at #1 would make many of you forget it by the
time you got to #16. But what do I know? The two people with
natural 4's are Mr. Lodge, and Mr. Hirst. Unnatural 4's go to the
winnahs, Ms Schlutz, and Mr. Crom and Mr. Shefler. Since Bill Hirst has a one point lead over Mr. Lodge in the rolling scores, Lodge is another winnah, and Bill Hirst is the next dealah . . . unless my math, or my interpretation of the rules are somehow mangled. So, assuming all is correct, take it away, Bill Hirst!

native of India. It frequents the borders of streams and swims
actively. It becomes five or six feet long.
Called also two-banded monitor, and kabaragoya. The name is also
applied to other aquatic monitors.

I really ought to keep quiet, but I'm too honest for my own good. You
seem to have missed my voting message (#8112 on the Coryphaeus Group
website, and dated Mon Nov 13, 2006 8:15 am PST) in which I voted for 1
and 7. I think that gives me a couple of extra points and propels me
into the lead with an unnatural 6.

Unless there are any very strong objections in the next few minutes,
I'll post a new word.

I rather think your Webster may have won the largest vote that I remember.
Of course, I'm senile so my memory isn't much.

hunt.

Fairly recently I suffered a D9 with DENDER (1726)

> This was a special: Tony and Webster (1828) both scored a natural 9 -- that must be almost a record - Dealer failing to fool more
than half of those who voted...On the other hand, Tony fooled more than half of us

Tim,

I just looked and could not find your voting message anywhere here in the TAPCIS Forum.
I never go to the Cory-- Group.

I tip my hat in your general direction for your honesty and good gamesmanship.

Thank you,

-Bob

I thought I recalled seeing a lonely vote for my icy def. I hope the scorekeepers saw it as well.
