While the group cleverly disguises email addresses as a spam-prevention
tool, those addresses (or at least the originator of a message) should
appear as a hyperlink. Clicking on the name should open up a box allowing
you to email that individual.

Also if you go to the Member list, you should find similar click-and-mail
functionality.
