Guess we disagree on that one, Paul. If my fingers, which dont alwys take
propper direction frrom my head, goofed, I'd be grateful to the dealer who
leveled the playing field for me.

I always check. Gumption? I call that smarts. ;-) In fact, I did so on
this round, on two words. One needed a fix; the other was correct.

My recent deal of cooey with the misspelled "aborigines" attracted Dave's
vote.

It wasn't "printed" in the dictionary (to my knowledge) but it appears
common to all online sources that draw from M-W 1913.
