Gee, Bob, should the message above have appeared under the subject head
"1741 KYTOON Defs!"?

I tried to change it to: To Dr. Scott, but had never done that before and my attempt didn't work. I deeply apologize. Don't ANY of you want to speak to the criticism a couple of us have made, or would you rather just make witty comebacks that are . . . dare I say it . . . off topic.

Off Topic ? - I don't like your tie either

I may only be a Brit, but faced with a comment like that in a text-onlyt environment I wasn't aware that there really was a topic to
be 'off' from... I despair of compehending what makes an alien culture tick.
