Oh. My software doesn't do any combination oe, only ae (æ--or, in caps, Æ;
the latter always looks like two lower-case f's to me).

Hi Dodi,

My software apparently doesn't do ligature oe either, though æ and Æ both
showed up fine in your message. The difference appears to be that your
software (still TAPCIS?) erases the complete message, while mine converts
ligature oe to plain o. I'm not sure which I like better...

BTW, my software is Outlook Express. I'm actually surprised by it's
behaviour - there are many things not to like abut many Microsoft programs,
but internationalization support isn't typicallly among them.
