Nice job!

It works in Dixomatic.

Note for those trying to download it via the "Files" interface from the
group's home page: right-clicking and picking Save As... doesn't work in
that interface, but ordinary clicking does work and gives you a "Save to
disk?" message.

I was amused to see you restored the Given name first / Surname last layout.
That's how i used to do it. Scott reversed it in the entire list, and you
reversed it straight back (except that you left commas in there, is that
intentional?)

Well, I actually store Last and First separately and I thought about it and 'Last, First' looked pretty good so that is what I did
but most anything in most any format is possible (so if anyone wants it in XML or DIFF or whatever, just ask)
