Here are the revised results for PAKUL, including the votes from
Scott Crom and Roberta Muths. I've ignored Guerri's vote, which
arrived long after I'd posted the original results. Nancy is still
the new dealer, but I've gone up to a D6.

By no fault of Guerri's. She sent the message 40.5 hours prior to it being
posted to the list, well within the deadline.
If we are going to insist on remaining on yahoogroups despite its repeatedly
demonstrated substandard performance, we should at least make the policy
clear on whether votes cast well before the deadline but delayed by yahoo
should count.

I think both my votes and Chris's votes should count. Both were sent
well before the deadline.
