View Full Version : [Dixonary] Oppignerate Definitions

Hello to all from fabulous Detroit! (Yes, I exaggerate, greatly.)
Anyway, sorry this is late, but at least one of you was able to get
in under the wire with a late def and will probably win the deal like
he did last time I dealt and he was late.

Wasn't this a fun word? As soon as I saw it, I wanted to know what
it meant. And only one of you smarties knew it already. So, for
your puzzling pleasure, here are 17 definitions, one of which is
definitely real. Please vote for the two, and only two, that turn
you on or make you say "hmmm."

Any mistakes on this list I will blame on my travels. However, those
of you who responded to my "other" (compuserve) email address did not
make it any easier for me to avoid them. Please, people, send your
defs to the requested address!

For the nonce, the deadline is 10 a.m. Wednesday June 28.

Nancy

#1 becuase that generally describes Dixonary, and #12 because garlic tablets
are only 98% effective at keeping me from being bitten.

That's much easier if the message inviting a reply actually
comes from the requested address. I for one only just
noticed in time that it didn't.

Best wishes,

Tim B

Nice list and comisserations on your location. I did a couple of years in a
south suburb of Detroit a number of years ago and wasn't impressed
(Apologies to any Motor City denizens).

I'll go for 6 and 14 this time.

Chris

This message is late (appears about 30 hours after posting) because it was
posted from an email address that Yahoo doesn't know, so it had to wait for
a moderator to release it, and no-one was looking.
