Wayne, is the word XANCUS (the word you originally posted and asked us to
define) or XANTHUS (the word you now say it is)?

This is a serious question--at least, that may very well influence how *I*
vote.

I just got home from having eye surgery. #3 is so gross I just have to vote
for it. Whenever I vote for 3 # 7 follows . My big JP was 3, 7s.

unfortunately, I placed my def and vote on the original spelling which was used in the list of defs before I ever reached these messages -- meaning I ruled out the correct def :(
