Deep-linking into another site (and I made sure the deep-link works) is a grey area of copyright law. Frankly, anyone who posts anything on the web who doesn't consider deep-linking to be appropriate is a bit of an innocent (to put it as nicely as possible). Until a court concludes that deep-linking is a copyright violation, I'm not going to lose sleep over it.
