The dealer for Round 1706 is Toni Savage, whose small mainstay
flag (#14) garnered 8 natural points; the real winner is Tim
Lodge who earned 7 natural point for his circular window (#3).
Five of you guessed correctly that the real definition of FANION
is #8, a different small flag.

I was a bit surprised and disappointed that five people who
submitted definitions didn't cast votes--out for the weekend,
folks?

Hopefully you weren't surprised at my absence (or late vote, as it were.
Apparently it didn't make the totals) since I warned with my def submission.

In any case, I'm back from my three days of desert training in Kuwait and
back in the swing of the game. Yay.
