I love that game, and have a version of it on a disk somewhere.

I love that game, and have a version of it on a disk somewhere.I do too... but you have noooo idea how long it took me to get past that $%^#$ snake.

I actually encountered mine this past weekend, when I was moving all my files from Zip disk to CD.

And that particular file was mailed to me by our own MsTrial!

It took me a long time to figure out how to get light into the dark room. "Plover", my a**. <g>ROFL!!! Amazing how we can remember any of this stuff!

The external links section at the end of the Wikipedia entry (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colossal_Cave_Adventure) for adventure has a number of online play and downloadable versions of the game.
