Mike, per Dan's FINAL final report for Round 1697, posted a few hours
earlier, Ro Allen's delayed votes were also counted (in addition to Scott
Crom's)--so Hugo had one point rather than none for the round, and Nancy
had 4 points, not 3.
You seem not to have figured those in.
