View Full Version : [Dixonary] OT: Another question regarding Road Runner to CompuServe messages

It appears that I am still unable to send messages from Road Runner that arrive in CompuServe email programs. There's only one thing that has changed here -- and that is that I'm using a new laptop. In the past, I haven't had a problem sending defiinitions, votes, etc. So . . . I'm wondering whether there's any possibility that there's a setting on my computer that could be creating a problem. Does anyone have any clue?

Judy,

I seem to recall that you're using a 'different' email client. Have you tried sending a test message using Outlook Express and seeing what happens? I'm not sure why the new computer would make a difference in that case but it could be something about the way the software was installed. Also, are you using the same OS on the new computer as you were on the old one?
