Hi all,

There are a total of 17 definitions for MINIVER. Please vote for two, by
public reply to this message, before the deadline, which is

All times are expressed in ISO ("military") style so hours less than 12
mean AM.

1. A ruff of feathers used primarily as a mating display.

2. An eel in its transparent, postlarval stage. Also called _glass
eel_.

3. A small tropical fish, green with yellow spots.

4. A large coat with a hood.

5. A young, newly hatched, or unfledged pigeon.

6. To put off a decision in the hope that it will become unnecessary.

Middle Ages by girls of marriageable age; also _fig._ [Fr fm OHG

16. Small one-horse carriage.

17. The ermine trimmings of regal robes [OF: meni=minute + ver =
speckled fur]
