Peoples,

Do we need a house-style-sheet?

I havent played for long enough to know the old DOS use of symbols for quotes and things, (which despite my age and experience I
never learned to use - we had a different system over here back in the days when I was doing DOS - before the www explosion

To open the discussion, I suggest the following:

1. maybe with today's software we need to decide that that the kind of conservatism that holds onto _ for " (if that is right)
should by now be rendundant

2. whether or not we abandon the (beloved) ex-DOS stuff, somewhere we need a clear house-style so that we are all doing the same
kind of thing and reducing the work of da dealer.

(and I'm not volunteering to try and impose real proper english editorial here - even if I knew what it was - I've done too much
proof-reading for different publishers not to know that house rules are incredibly idiosyncratic things)

I try, when in doubt, to sorta use the same conventions for each def in the list -- as long as the same error is made, it is moot <g>
