OK-- but there WILL be people who use only tapcis.com,
and they need to wait. The current dealer is
attempting to work from email (NOT recommended!) only,
and even then, she has already set the deadline longer
than usual, and will take forever to gather the votes,
and will make a last pass through both venues to
collect votes (but ONLY votes in the proper threads.
She is NOT pickup messages that don't have a title
that relates to votes until after the deal is over)
