[Dixonary] Off-topic semi-political note

This is an item for our UK participants. Not a recommendation, just
relaying a piece of news.

Over here, we have a Website called FactCheck (http://factcheck.org/),
under university auspices and dependably impartial, which checks ont
far-out political claims and statements, especially in connection with
elections, nationally and sometimes on the state level. (Those in NJ and CA
might want to take a look now.)

They've just reported that a similar site has been set up in the UK--not
run by, or affiliated with, them but, they say, in the same spirit. It's

Thanks, Dodi; that looks interesting. Channel 4 is one of our TV
channels, and this site appears to have originated in the coverage of
the last election. So far there seems to be nothing more recent than
that, but we'll see; I've subscribed to their newsletter.
