Have any of you tried Blue Apron? My understanding is that they deliver
menus and recipes, and the ingredients to go along with them. I am
considering trying them out next week.

Usable, but unless you live in NY, the "cost per serving" is fairly high.

A number of places are seeking to share in the same market, so you can pick
from several. The elephant in the room is probably going to be Amazon
with Whole Foods under its wing.

Guerri,

We received a starter as a Christmas gift from my son and his wife. It was a two pack I guess you would say in that it was a dinner for 2. We were amazed at it and may try it again if we can arrange to purchase one-offs rather than the subscription. The subscription would be overkill for us as well as pricey to do every month. But the dinner was a salmon dish with all of the trimmings plus instructions for preparation. The salmon was some of the best quality I’ve ever had anywhere. My wife found the preparation easy to accomplish and I’d have to say that the result was every bit as good as a high end restaurant meal. I understand that they are considering offering individual packages as well as making them available in select stores. On that basis, we would definitely do it again.

Chris
