[Dixonary] OT Thunderbird Reply to List

We had a discussion recently about an apparent change in behaviour of TB when clicking on Reply to a
group message. I just discovered a simple fix.

My TB mail toolbar has a Reply button and a Reply All button. Right-click on the toolbar and select
Customise, then drag the "Reply to List" button to the toolbar. That seems to do what Reply used to do.

you still have to remember to do it and to remember that it has changed
- I have always had those buttons on my toolbar but what they do has
changed - in the past *any* (reply/reply list/reply all) - any reply
button replied only to the group
