Here are the results: As you can see, Tony Abell and Tim Bourne are
tied. I either don't have the rolling scores, or I have cleverly hidden
them. Or they are available online in some location that I have
forgotten or never knew. Possibly this is a sign that I should never
deal <g>.

Can somebody help me out, even if only by telling me where I can find
the rolling scores?
