Johnny Barrs submitted a fake def so similar to the real one (No 6),
including the word SEQUIN, that I felt I had to combine them. ZECCHIN, by
the way is the former gold coin. The combined def drew votes like moths to
a flame, leaving me with a D6 and Johnny with the next deal. Efrem Mallach
is the real winner with a natural 5 for his French Jewish Elder.

I think I’ll take a break from dealing now, at least until next year.
