This was a quiet round; where is everyone?

The next deal goes to Tim Lodge with 6 unnatural points. Johnny Barrs also had 6 unnatural points,
but Tim is way higher ion the rolling scores. So Johnny is the real winner.

Judy asked where I found the word. I read a lot, and always make a note of any word I don't
recognise. This one came from a Regency Romance, of all places! The heroine was kidnapped as a child
and brought up in such a place.
