[Dixonary] Happy Thanksgiving!

Even if you are not in the U.S. It is always acceptable to give thanks.

I have already tested the cranberry sauce (in case it went bad
overnight), and will test it again later on my oatmeal. You can't be too
careful.

My husband will collect the turkey from our vet later this morning. Yes,
the vet. She and her husband have a deep fryer or some other special
cooker and they offer turkeys to her clients.

On the NASA website there's a short video showing how the astronauts in the
international space station cook their Thanksgiving dinner. I'm sure you'd
be thankful you're not having what they're having.

I'm grateful for my Dixonary friends! You keep me entertained, amused, and
if my memory was better, i'd actually learn real word definitions! "IRL"
is an unintentionally insulting myth. This IS real life, even without
photos or more than a few passing morsels of personal stories. I want all
of you to know you are appreciated and dear to me! (And no, i don't drink,
so this was written sober!)
