A round dozen definitions - kindly vote for two hereof without looking the
word up.

Deadline is 7 a.m. Eastern time on 13 September 2016.


1. a rope hobble for a camel.

2. the lowest non-commissioned officer rank in the Czarist army,
corresponding to a corporal.

3. a small cannon mounted on a swivel, carried on the back of a camel

4. A peak, ridge, or hill of bedrock that projects from a glacier's
surface

5. A moose turd pie.

6. A fabled piece of onyx, credited with magical properties.

7. a wish that comes true, or seems to.

8. In India, the master, or steersman, of a boat or any native
river-craft.

9. in the voodoo religion, a spirit that brings nightmares.

10. [Zulu] The clashing of spears on dried-hide shields before a mass
attack

11. a beverage produced by fermenting sweet tea with a culture of yeast
and bacteria.

12. Diced red/orange carrots and potatoes sautéed with black mustard
leaves, garnished with ground black pepper powder and lemon juice.

It seems unlikely that two camels would show up in the defs, so one must
be correct. I'll vote for 1 and 3.

After i carved my first vote - a flawless 6 - from a 3-tonne slab of

I read through to the end and didn't find any that made sense. I don't buy the camel bit, and some are absurd. Since I'm at the end of the list, though, I'll vote for 11 and 12.
