The winner of round 2738 and new dealer is Efrem Mallach, whose definition
"The stubble left in a field after it has been burned back." received 3
votes, plus 2 points for guessing the correct def.

Tim Lodge takes coveted second place with 4 points. And there were 5
players in runner-up position with 2 points: Tony Abell, John Barrs, Tim
Bourne, Keith Hale and Guerri Stevens.

The true definition was 9: "A tough supple twig, especially of willow,
