Thanks Johnny, you are right. Marmite is hideous but Vegemite is delicious
when eaten on hot toast with lots of butter. They are both eaten here and I
think people's preferences depends on what they had as a child.

Actually Shani,

/Marmite is hideous but Vegemite is delicious/ is sort of exactly the
reverse of what I said.

They are (or were) made from different things and taste very different
(I suspect that nowadays they are made from exactly the same ingredients
except for distorting the taste one way or another)
