I don't know which portrion of the email chain this "unknown" represents. It
is, as you say, 11:15 past the next header (which is 10:10 in a time zone of
UTC+1, or 9:10 UTC). Headers generally read chronologically from bottom to
top, i.e., the bottom-most header (from SDSBOOK3, your computer name) has
your own computer's timestamp. Then you read upward from there to see the
many servers it bounced off en route.

The headers which I posted were both at Yahoo, representing the delay
between time when their bulk mail server received your post for processing,
and when that same server passed the message along to me.
