I've been to Hawaii several times, and I've come across words for several of the ideas in this list
- but not this one. I haven't seen many Hawaiian words as long as this!

I like the idea of 1 - can I join, please? And 2 sounds fun as well.

So I'll have 1 and 2, please.

Best wishes,
Tim Bourne.

The word's long enough it needs a lot of words in the def to explain it.

I think it's probably either 1 or 18.

Hi Mike,

I'll go for one I believe and one I absolutely don't believe:
definitions 5 and 10, combined they are small piano players.

I am reminded of the Tongan 'olimakityluchachichichi' which according to
Flanders and Swann meant no.

*Oh it's hard to say olimakityluchachichichi but in Tonga that means "no",
If I ever have the money, 'tis to Tonga I shall go... For each lovely
Tongan maiden there, will gladly make a date, and by the time she's said
olimakityluchachichichi, It is usually too late! *
Or as they might say now: what part of olimakityluchachichichi don't you
understand?

Well, so much for the long-ago courses in Latin and Greek. My completely
wild guesses:

12. an advocate; a spokesperson or orator who speaks on behalf of others.

and

14. extreme happiness.
