View Full Version : [Dixonary] Round 2578 MYANCE Results

When Johnny B submitted his def, he said "-ance endings are means of action
like assistance or avoidance", and provided a def which was sufficiently
close to the real one to make me consider combining it. In the end, I
decided not to. I had high hopes for this word, but a flood of votes for
the real def at the end gave me a D5. MYANCE was def number 17, means,
resources, etc ...

Mike Shefler is our new dealer with 6 votes for the giving of a favour,
while Keith Hale is the real winner with an unnatural 5 for for his measure
of contraction.

Over to you, Mike.

Tim and Keith (and all),

As I said when I submitted my def, I will be traveling early tomorrow and don't know whether I will have robust internet connections. So I must regretfully decline the deal.
