This was an interesting round. With quick definitions regarding urine and
ants, I'm now calling this the piss-ant round.

Wiki says: "A meromictic lake has layers of water that do not intermix."

M-W Online says: "of a lake : undergoing incomplete circulation at the fall
overturn"

thefreedictionary.com says: "(hydrology) Of or pertaining to a lake whose
water is permanently stratified and therefore does not circulate completely
throughout the basin at any time during the year."

I'm told that my posted dictionary definition, No. 10, should have read "of
a lake," ... my apologies.

Be that as it may, Dick Weltz, Tony Abell, and Judy Madnick garnered four
natural points apiece for their definitions and by my reckoning, Dick Weltz
is dah winnah, by virtue of having the most five-round points, i.e. 13, in
the current running scores

Mariette Knoblauch and Daniel Widdis selected the dictionary definition,
which was No. 10, as flawed as my representation was.

I think Rose and I should both get a second point for our correct
guesses.

Whoops, you are correct.

Rats, I should have thought of that. I wrote an application in MS Access to process all the stuff and made that grievous error. This is the first time I used it.

My apologies. I'm fixing that now to handle the possibility that I might again deal.

I don't believe that relieves of Dick Weltz of the deal, however.

A scoring program in Access? Impressive!

I hope you contribute it once you've finished the beta testing (which
apparently this round was!)
