Here are 17 definitions brought to you at great expense of wit and wisdom
by our esteemed panel of experts. Now your job is to decide which is the
definition that was submitted by a dictionary

Vote for TWO definitions, as a public forum or group message (in reply to
this one), before the deadline..

9:00 pm on Sunday, 02 Feb 2014 in the UK
4:00 pm on East Coast USA
1:00 pm on West Coast USA

with me0

New Players are welcome, even if you didn't submit a definition you may
vote.

Don't worry, we can work it out. It's 8am but I'll vote by Sunday night
anyway. Oh all right I'll vote now...

There's the usual possibility that it must be one of the African antelopes
because they weren't combined but I'm not falling for that old ruse.
Instead I'll send a nod to 17 for implausible creativity while I waste my
real votes on the botanicals, 13 and 14.

Hmm - this one's difficult. I'll go for a couple of the least likely, 11
and 16:

11. [Obs] of capacity; able and ready to take or receive; capable

16. the senior ecclesiastical magistrate in some orthodox churches,
responsible for correct observance of the liturgy

It could be any of these, but I think I've winnowed the possibilities to
five. Of those, I'll try
