The votes are all in, and we have a three way tie for first place. Tony
Abell, Keith Hale and Tim Lodge all scored “natural” sixes.

Tony Abell was the last to vote and could easily have voted tactically for
either Keith or Tim L’s definition to avoid dealing. Alas, he did not do so
and now has to suffer the consequences as the leader in the rolling scores.

The other Tim in the game, Mr. Bourne, was the only one (besides the
perpetually DQ’d Mr. Barrs) to divine the true meaning of CHIRK, the sound
made by a bird (or door or mouse). An alternate definition is used in the
idiom “CHIRK UP” which is to make more cheerful; I chose to use a
dictionary with the sound source rather than the cheerfulness.

Take it away, Tony!

I did not vote tactically because I did not have time to tally up the votes.

I still don't have time.

It will be at least 12 hours before I can proffer a word. Either you all can
wait or someone else can take over the deal.
