Hi Jim,

I think I was one of the last to submit a definition, so let me be one
of the first to vote.

Having absolutely no clue, I put RAB to a vote of the students in my Tuesday-Thursday afternoon class today (after explaining what it's about and confirming that none of them knew the word). Each of the twelve students voted for two definitions. #11 was the class favorite with four votes. Nos. 6, 10 and 20 tied for second place with three each. I told them I'd pick one of those three as my second vote. Since I like #20 - if there isn't a word for that concept, there ought to be - my votes are 11 and 20.

I also promised them I'd report back in Thursday's class.

Efrem

P.S. I think this qualifies as a "whatever" in the sense of the second line below.
