The word is SCHNIBBLE.

If you know what it means (or you think you know what it means), please
e-mail me immediately; if too many people know a word, that sorta spoils
the fun, and I'll need to pick something else.

Otherwise, please think up a definition that will fool the others into
thinking it came from a dictionary, and e-mail it to me before the deadline
below. Do NOT submit it by direct "Reply" to this message (that would
distribute it to all the players, and then you'd have to junk it and think
up something else); e-mail it to my personal address, which should appear
in the header above (or check your copy of the players list).

The deadline: Wednesday, 30 October

In my time zone (EDT): 8 a.m.
In the rest of North America: one to three hours earlier
In England: noon
In the Netherlands: 1 p.m.
In Melbourne: 11 p.m.

Eagerly awaiting your creative contributions . . .

—Dodi
