It always seems to arrive in this format in my third-party email program. Let me check it in gmail. Yup, same non-lined-up tabular form. I've always blamed that on the fact that I'm receiving it in HTML format, not text -- but I don't know for sure.

That's the way it appears at the website. Thanks, Judy, but it's NOT the
way it appears, in lined-up tabular forum, when it arrives normally by
e-mail. (No e-mail arrived from Mike at all this round. And I see that
Efrem didn't receive it either.) Mike, did you do something different this
time? If so, could you try to send it in your usual format?

It has to do with the font in which your e-mail is displayed. The lists are formatted to line up in a monospace font. If you display them in a proportionately spaced font, they don't line up. You can copy the table, paste it into Word, and change it all to a font such as Courier to see that it lines up that way.

The last time or two, Mike put the table into a monospace font by using the HTML <code> tag. This tag was originally intended to format computer code, which is typically shown in a monospace font to make it stand out in proportionately spaced text, but it can be used to force anything into a monospace font for any reason.

It has ALWAYS arrived in my mailbox in a monospace font. (Although I get
regular e-mail messages in HTML.) I assumed he sent it that way.
