Will OzWin run in Windows 8?

I use OzWin to archive e-mail. Although OzWin runs in XP, Vista and Windows 7, I have not been able to get it to run in Windows 8.

I realize that I could configure a dual-boot setup (Windows 7 and Windows 8), or configure a virtual Windows 7 installation, on the Windows 8 machine -- but I'd rather be able to simply run OzWin in Windows 8. Can this be done?
