I'm posting this in some haste in a gap in Andy Murray's Wimbledon
semi-final!

Here are 19 amazing defs of the word MILVER, only one of which is true.
Please vote for your two favourites by public reply to this message before
the deadline of:

For the next week, I will be able to submit definitions and vote...but I will be at the mercy of hotel Internet services until at least the 14th of July, so dealing may be out of the question (especially because I would have to deal manually). That said...my track record is such that it probably won't be a problem. :-)

And here are my votes for this round:

3. a young badger.

Just in case: if I should chance to win this round, I'd be grateful if someone else could deal for
me. We'll be on holiday until Friday 12th, without a computer, and though I might manage the odd
email, I think trying to deal with only a tablet and no guarantee of an internet connection would be
pushing my luck.
