How to do avator?

I hate to admit this but I've looked everywhere I can think of and don't see any way to upload the avator. The "edit avator" doesn't give a create option.

You have to be a member, and not just a registered user, to have an avatar. If you want membership, request access to the private sections in the Request for Access section.
