I'm suffering from 20 after reading all these. Despite the profusion
of botanical defs, I'm inclined to vote for one of them (10), and I'll
take one oddball (18) as well:

These are, admittedly, SWAGs, but I'll choose numbers 4 and 19.

4. any plant of the ranunculaceous genus _Xenia_, from the Mediterranean
and West Asia

19. a hollow nodular stone

2. a tendency or craving to eat things other than normal foodstuffs, esp.
non-nutritive substances
and
10. flora not native to a particular place _rare_

(Although I suspect 10 is rare in the sesnse that unicorns are rare...)

This is very difficult ... so 20 is an obvious choice;
and 9 sound nice

9. a flowering plant of the Chloranthaceae family
20. a state of confusion

I'll go for the standouts, 8 and 15:

> 15. perfection; ideal outcome; a Utopia
