I would've voted for that.

Gee whiz, Paul. Does this mean I screwed up again and posted my definition
in the wrong place?

OOPS!

(P.S.: Frances, does your e-mail client automatically produce boldface???)

Frances,

Don't feel too bad. Sending the definition by "stealth mail" is a lot
trickier than the explanations make it sound. I should know, it is called
"a Dixon" because I did it so many times in my first few rounds of the
game. I believe I did it multiple times in one round (but, enough about
that!).

The to remember is to NOT hit the reply button because that sends your
email to the Dixonary Google Group and it will automatically show up as a
public post. Instead, try moving your mouse up to the Dealer's name at the
top of the Announcemnt email. If you are using gmail, or most other email
clients, the INDIVIDUAL email address will show up in a flyout window. You
can click on the little "email" envelope and your message will go only to
the private email address.

I'm not Paul, but yes, you posted your definition in public. The really
interesting thing is that when I was working on my own definition, my
first thought was cymbals!

No, Dodi, there's no boldface in the messages I receive or send unless I
choose it.

Well, that's how your def showed up! See below. (In Thunderbird, it
actually appears bold.)

I don't know why it appears bold, Dodi and don't know what to do about it.
Everything on this page on my computer is in lower case unless it must be
capitalized.
